I-Do Crew Bachelorette Brunch
In order to make the most of what's sure to be one of the best weekends of your Brides life it's essential to make a plan in advance (especially during The Hamptons busy summer season)! Create a scheduled itinerary that includes all of your non-negotiable activities but also leaves a little wiggle room for flexible fun and relaxation (structure is great but you don't want to feel like you're constantly rushing to the next thing).
Friday afternoon & evening:
Most of your guests are probably trickling in throughout the day on Friday, depending where they're traveling from. Checking into your accommodations, decorating the space, organizing Bridesmaid gifts, etc. After a long work week or day, we love to keep Friday night plans fun, loose and low-key. Keep the afternoon free so your crew doesn't feel rushed and pressured, think snacks lounging by the pool, everyone unpacking in their rooms, a signature cocktail you can theme for the weekend.
It's the ideal night for dinner catered by a private chef at your airbnb, followed by drinks out on the town for anyone up for it.
Saturday day & night:
Saturday is really going to be the meat and potatoes of your trip, if you will. Plan your big group activity during the day and leave enough time for everyone to get ready before a big night out. Private boat charters, winery tours, or a spa day all make great options for your group activity followed by a dinner reservation at a local hot spot in the evening. The ideal opportunity for the Bride and her I-Do crew to dress to impress and feel their best. Leave after dinner free so you can let the night take you where it will!
Sunday pre-departure:
Sunday's vibe really depends on your group, many go for a relaxing morning before heading home but some don't want the party to stop just yet. A Sunday Spa Day is an excellent way to unwind and refresh before you head home, a boozy group brunch to share photos and reminisce is also a fun option. Valkyrie Sailing Charters even offers a Sunday Bachelorette option including a day sail and drop off at convenient locations for transportation boarding (train station or jitney stop). Planning a fun Bachelorette Sunday will allow your group to really make the most of the amount of time you spend together before the Bride's Big Day. It allows you the flexibility to check off multiple group activities, or squeeze in a little more R&R before you all head home. I like to think of Bachelorette Sunday's as the low-key hero of the entire weekend!
